1. Services

We provide professional makeup services including, but not limited to, bridal makeup, party makeup, fashion/editorial makeup, and hairstyling services. All services are subject to availability, prior booking, and confirmation.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking based on availability, incomplete information, or non-payment.

For bridal bookings, a trial session is optional and charged separately unless specified.

3. Payments

Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.

Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment.

Remaining payment must be completed before or on the day of service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must inform us of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.

If we need to cancel due to emergencies, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

5. Travel & On-Location Services

Travel charges may apply based on distance, location, and requirement.

For destination weddings or events, accommodation and travel arrangements must be provided or compensated by the client.-

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must inform the makeup artist about any skin concerns, allergies, infections, or sensitivities before the session.

We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed skin conditions or allergies.

Clients should be on time for appointments. Delays may shorten service time or result in cancellation.

7. Photos & Portfolio Usage

With your consent, we may use photos or videos of your makeup looks for our portfolio, website, and social media.

You may withdraw consent anytime by contacting us.
8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Allergic reactions due to makeup products

Skin irritation caused by undisclosed allergies

Damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow aftercare instructions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
